Penny in Ms. To Mrs. Betty March 12, 2010
Mrs. Betty, Im so sorry for your loss. Mr. Lee was a precious man, I will never forget meeting the two of you. We all had alot of fun at Diamond Lake and RV. He fought a good fight, and put out his last fire. My sympathy goes out to you and your family. May God keep his hands over you all.

Oh Sturgie,

Where do I begin? You and Betty have been such great friends. We have known each other for 32 years and have had such good times eating out, camping together, boating, etc. I will miss you so much. Just know you were so loved by Betty, the kids, grands and your friends. Until we meet again, Sturg, God be with you.

Love you my dear friend...

Betty and Family,

My sincere thoughts and heartfelt condolences to all of you. Although I had not known you all that long, I will always remember you and will think often of the laughs I had around Lee. He was a man that anyone could enjoy being around. I will always remember our times around the fire at Diamond Lake Rv Park. I often laugh about the night we were chasing the snake. Lee will be missed by so many people. I pray that God will comfort all of you and keep you sheltered in His loving arms. LEE HAS FOUGHT HIS FINAL FIRE AND NOW HE IS AT REST.

May he find the comfort he could no longer find here in life.  Lee fought the disease better than most could, which is how he lived his life. I will miss the great stories he told and the teasing he handed out. Betty, you have been a great wife and he was very lucky to have you by his side. Thank God for the satellite dish or we may have never met. God Bless You and your family!

So very sorry to learn of your loss.  Lee was so much fun and a loyal friend.  We loved to be part of his camp fire buddies.  We have so many good memories of Hattiesburg and Lake Shelbyville gatherings.  He so loved his family and any dog that was around.  We will really miss him.   Nola and Jerry McQuigg and Chelsie

Don-  Sorry for your loss.  What a difficult journey to be son and funeral director.  However, I am sure it is a comfort to know you have the honor and priveledge to be able to do this for your Dad.  Our prayers are with you.
